Terms & Conditions

Welcome to PortaCourts! Before making a purchase, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding between you (the customer) and us (PortaCourts) regarding your purchase, delivery, and use of our custom-made products.

1. Custom-Made Products

● Custom Design: All PortaCourts products are made to order, customized specifically for you. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged.

2. Returns and Refunds for Defective or Damaged Products

● Reporting Issues: If your product arrives damaged or with defects, please contact us at support@portacourts.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

● Assessment Process: Upon receiving your report, we will assess the issue. If verified, we will provide instructions for returning the product and offer a replacement or a refund.

3. Shipping and Delivery Responsibilities

● Inspection on Delivery: It is important to inspect your product at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage during shipping, please refuse the delivery and do not accept the product.

● Custom Products: Since our products are custom-made, if you accept the delivery and later decide not to keep the product, no refunds will be provided

4. Payment and Dispute Policy

● No Chargebacks for Change of Mind: By purchasing from PortaCourts, you agree not to dispute or deny charges due to a change of mind.

● Due Diligence: Please conduct all necessary research before making your purchase. If a dispute arises for reasons other than product failure or damage during shipping, you will be responsible for any legal fees incurred by PortaCourts.

5. Customs and Additional Charges

● Customs Responsibility: PortaCourts is not responsible for any customs or port charges beyond those included in your purchase. Any additional charges incurred at customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Restricted Shipping Locations

● Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship products to the following locations: Melbourne, Australia; Montreal, Canada; Switzerland; and Holland.

● Canadian Orders: For orders shipped to Canada with DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service, taxes (approximately 11% of the invoice value) are not included and must be paid by the customer upon the goods' arrival.

7. Production and Delivery Times

● Custom Orders: Due to the custom nature of our products, production and delivery times may vary. Please be aware that delays can occur, especially during high-demand periods.

8. Acceptance of Terms

● Binding Agreement: By purchasing from PortaCourts, you agree to these terms and conditions. This agreement ensures that both parties understand their rights and responsibilities.
